“Been to these apartments a few years ago and it looks like it has changed hands. The apartment is in need of repair the patio door was broken couldn’t lock, the shower was broken and the kettle kept tripping the electric. No clean towels and the patio area needed a brush as glass was all over it sorry to say won’t be going back there also seagulls in the pool ”

“Great location to the strip. Nice big rooms complete with large kitchen and bathroom - perfect for 3 or 4 people. Pool area was really good including the bar. Bit of a walk to the beach but not too bad at all. Can be a bit noisy as allows pets but other than that brilliant stay! ”

“Very pleasant stay - the flat was in a very good condition, big enough for a couple toddler. The covered pool is definitely a plus when you want to have a swim and the sun is at its peak for the outdoor one. Very safe around for our toddler to walk around. Very quiet too. The staff was very welcoming and very nice. I definitely recommend and will probably book again!”

“A last minute, 1 night booking before we flew home found us here. The apartment was spacious for 4 of us, the bathroom is tiny but we had everything we needed. Very clean and in a very good location.”

“Very easy access to everything, right in old town. Loved our stay.”

“You get what you pay for. Basic but clean accommodation and restaurant alongside here is amazing food plus service. Good location for beach plus marina about 20 minute walk. Albufeira taxi about 25 euros. Reception helpful we arrived very late and a gentleman was there ready for us. Pool small sunloungers about 20 which was fine for us. Weather great spar around the corner . ”

“We came for the Northern Soul event for the first time. We enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing and good value for money. The position of the hotel was great with an easy walk to the old town. Staff were excellent all round. Loved our room overlooking the avenue with the sun streaming in. Happy days. Thankyou we will be back .”

“Stayed for one night, the apartment was comfortable. The one downside to checking in was the timing was quite late at 5pm. however as it’s was only one night, and the complex is huge, I tried to walk to reception twice in the space of 90 minutes upon checking into my room and became completely lost. As a solo traveller, being right at the top of the hill in the back end of nowhere, I didn’t feel the safest throughout the night. “This is a wonderful hotel and the staff are what make it. Very friendly and accommodating, food is lovely with plenty of choice. I don’t tend to eat meat when I am Away but they had plenty to choose from. Drinks are great and they have entertainment on every night until 11 which is great, a good couples hotel ”

good view, but can't understand the five stars.

"It was nice hotel with great view. but it was hard to connect to reception desk from the room so i had to come down to the reception to ask what i want. and also reception desk staffs don't really know about what kind of program they have and told me to ask the spa staff. and also if you don't like to be disturbed, you have to put your sign on your door, otherwise they would knock your door several times during the day. i am not sure whether it is culture in portugal, but i was startled when staff knocked door many times and even opened the door to barge in to say whether i want more chocolate. i was taking nap during the daytime and woke up because of that knock. and if you want additional water bottle for your room, it isn't free. "
