“So the pics look cute but rustic. Well that doesn't describe the actual condition the place was in. By the USA standards the place would have been condemned. Rotten wood holding up the building. Rooms missing wood and trim, ceiling panels about to fall, mold throughout causing horrible smell, no hot water.
