"Check in process was a hassle. Normally one would go to a reception desk and check in. At Rainbow Suites, the security guard would have to summon one of the agents to come meet you in the lobby and check you in your room. The agent takes a while to get to the lobby. The room is spacious almost like an apartment with all amenities but it needs upgrade. The view from room was spectacular though."
