“Very clean, modern rooms. Nice touch to have dog bowls, treats, poo bags and little blanket bed. Additional facilities were nice to have - games room very popular with our family - but pool/jacuzzi/steam room/sauna/changing facilities very tired. We booked a dog friendly room and only found out at check-in that there was an additional cost, which was disappointing. But not the first time with a room booked via Expedia.”

“I couldn't have asked for more from my stay. My room was clean, spacious and very comfortable, just what I needed during a busy trip. Views of the golf course were a nice bonus. It was so quiet as well, being set back far away from any main roads. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I checked in, and also in the excellent restaurant where I had a very good evening meal. I didn't have breakfast, but the options looked very enticing. On-site parking was free, the wifi was quick...

“Everything about the stay, the room, staff, cleanliness were excellent. The evening meal was also very good and well priced. They only small remark is lack of options for the evening meal, however as noted we really enjoyed what we had. The thing that was not up to scratch I am sorry to say was the full English cooked breakfast. Not very generous. Sausage and beans cold, had to send back. When returned they were hit but the rest had gone cold. The sausage was vile. Genuinely Sorry to report...

“The room, a junior suite, was most comfortable but sadly lacking in air-conditioning, although the current heat wave has been exceptional. Lovely views, peaceful, apart from the noise of the butterflies, all that one could wish for. For the price the owners may want to consider replacing the square of soap with refillable pump dispensers and providing a loo brush!
