“아름다운 교정에 어울리는 조용히 쉴수있는 호텔이였어요. 직원들의 응대도 친절했고요.수영장과 사우나 이용도 여가시간을 보내기 좋았습니다. 다만 청소시간이 늦어 방에 머무르기도 외출후 들어오기도 좀 애매했어요. 청소요청태그를 도입해 우선 청소해주면 좋겠다고 생각했습니다. 기분좋게 잘 쉬다 왔습니다 감사합니다 ”

“Out tv didn't work which we reported to reception but it wasn't fixed. Also our room wasn't cleaned for the 3 days we were there.”

“The room was clean, good size with everything you need. Dog friendly rooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant was excellent with good food, reasonably priced so we had breakfast, lunch and an evening meal there. Very popular but still really quiet at night. Definitely stay again. Being really picky, there was some superficial updates needed. The TV was basic and small. No plug sockets by the bed. Personally I did not like having my towels folded up and placed back in the bathroom....

“Original old rooms but full of character. Comfortable bed, tea and coffee. Lovely river view with outside tables and chairs. Had dinner and breakfast which were very good. Ample parking”

“Charming pub with rooms in the courtyard. Each one had parking outside. Very spacious room with comfortable bed, smart tv and tea & coffee making facilities. Good size en suite with great shower. Towels provided along with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Breakfast was made to order along with continental options. Staff friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. ”

“The entire complex was immaculately clean and fresh. The staff were welcoming on arrival and during our stay. The facilities are exceptional as was the breakfast, more than adequate and food quality was superb. The only (very) minor negatives are: The car park is not clearly displayed as being for patrons of the hotel leading to some confusion on arrival. The sofa bed I slept on was as hard as a rock, not very comfortable to be perfectly honest. However, on the whole, an exceptionally good...

“Hotel is near the Jubilee campus but not near city centre. Clean and big room and staff was helpful. We had to pay for carpark at £6 per day. There used to be free carpark before this. It would be good if hotel guests are given free carpark like before as the price of the hotel stay is not cheap.”

“Beautiful property and decor however the main let down was the service of the staff in all areas of the hotel. We experienced poor service at breakfast, the bar, and reception. Staff seemed so disinterested it really made the overall stay unpleasant.”
