The Charm Brighton Boutique Hotel and Spa
8/10 Good
"Central location close to beach area and Peir. The town centre only 10 mins walk away.
Gave first impressions of being clean and well appointed. Professional staff and the opportunity to check-in before the alloted 3pm, rare by todays standard.
Generous room size but we noticed several scuff marks on the walls in the hallways and in the room. Whilst not major, this could be easily rectified by using a magic sponge and would give a better first impression and overall feel.
This hotel is advertised as a spa hotel, yet there is a fee to use the facilities; spa cited as £35 per hour. I'm unsure how well used this is but in the interests of additional business would it be better to offer residents free 45 mins use, with a view to charging for any extra or subsequent additional time.
Other than this we loved our stay, quiet and relaxing, we would certainly consider returning. "

The Old Ship Hotel
4/10 Poor
"Shabby hotel, needs a renovation. Breakfast was very basic with little choice"

Leonardo Royal Hotel Brighton Waterfront

DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole

Malmaison Brighton
6/10 Okay
"The hotel is fine, it struck me as a kind of an upmarket Premier Inn. Location is good although the Marina restaurants tend to the the Nandos/Pizza Hut/Zizzi end of the market, if you want anything nicer you will need to go into Brighton. The breakfast was expensive for what you got quality wise. It was OK for a night's stay."

Holiday Inn Brighton Seafront by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. Great buffet breakfast with a good range of choices. Very close to beach."

Britannia Study Hotel
8/10 Good
"Was for a night after going for a charity fundraiser event so just need a place to stay after. Layout of the hotel is easy to navigate. Reception and cafe staff were friendly. Hotel was very clean and so was the room. ( Stairs were being mopped. Please put a wet floor sign at the top of the flight as would be a bit late if someone fell to the bottom)
Hotel feels like it's stuck over 10yrs+ ago with Banksy canvases everywhere.
But for a night stay it's perfect, if your not worried about a squeaky bed😂
Also the orange and bergamot hand and body wash in the dispensers smelt like bacon crisps. Would happily stay again if I'm looking for a budget hotel but will use my own shower gel.
Breakfast was lovely after a night out. Full English (buffet) and continental availabile. "

Numa Brighton Pavilion

"Good amenities but it's just to noisy"
