I reserved a room this past weekend and let’s just say that I will never return! I specifically booked a room with a jacuzzi tub, as I always do at every hotel that I stay at. Upon checking in, the female employee behind the counter was extremely unfriendly and acted like I was inconveniencing her. She asked what my name was and flipped through a couple of papers and proceeded to put my reservation paper in front of me to sign. She didn’t ask for my license or anything, which I found very strange. As we opened the door and stepped into our room, we are immediately hit with the stitch of mold! I immediately walk over to the a/c to turn the temp down a little because it was kind of warm and I notice all the mold through the air vents. That should have been my first red flag, but because this was the only room with the jacuzzi tub, we figured that we would just stick it out. I walk into the bathroom to find an empty roll of toilet paper sitting on top of the towel rack, but NO toilet paper to be found. Then I notice that there is literally ONE towel TWO washcloths and a bathmat. I immediately walked down to the front desk and ask “Miss personality” if I could please have a roll of toilet paper and 2 towels and you would have thought that I had asked her to run a mile with the way she seemed so “put out” by having to walk to the storage area where everything is kept. She hands them to me & I say “thank you” & receive no response. I will finish my review w/ another one to follow
