“Both my husband and myself found the hotel to be just perfect location walk to the beach ideal for children..especially in summer months. Breakfast was great ample choice. However we found our bedroom overlooking the garden a little sparce could do with additional decorative objects to give it more appeal..”

“We have just returned home from an excellent 5 night stay at Balincourt. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The accomodation was top class and the breakfast options very good. The location couldn't have been more convenient with bus stops adjacent and a pub opposite.”

“A lovely, well situated hotel with very friendly staff with a well stocked bar at a reasonable price. Breakfast was very tasty and plenty of it. We had an issue with a wall heater not working and within 5 minutes of phoning reception a replacement heater was sent up. We were there for a Friday & Saturday night so there was live music followed by a DJ both nights. “Always enjoy our stay here ”

“We had a lovely one night stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was easy and a quick walk to the beach and bus service ran frequently just outside the hotel. It advertises free parking but it isn’t. You have to pay for your stay it was £7 for 24hours ”

“All round the hotel was in the right location for our needs. The only thing was we were in a room in the roof space so it was restricted with head room, so if you got up in the night you had to remember to bend or you would hit your head , recommend when booking request you are on the lower floor as the bedrooms look more roomy and lager especially if you are staying for a few days. ”

“A very tired hotel in need of a lot of decoration and updating, hotel also used to house homeless people by the local council not an ideal holiday hotel. ”
