“Llegué a la hora indicada y no me recibieron. Éramos 13 personas en espera de ubicación. La portería, propietario y administrador de la propiedad argumentaron que no tenían ningún tipo de vínculo con Hotels.com. y que ellos no tenían ninguna reserva. Que para estas fechas el valor era otro y la cantidad mínima de noches eran 4. Cuando pude tener señal ya después de 7 horas de espera Hotels.com me respondió autorizando el reembolso para ubicarme como indemnización en otro hospedaje.”

“I had a fantastic experience at this property. When I 1st arrived there was a slight problem with the water temp. I contacted the owner after hours and she responded immediately!!!!!, They personally came out and it was just a gas service valve was off. Super attentive to any need. The stay was so nice I actually extended I would definitely stay here again and plan to do so in the near future!!!”
