La portería, propietario y administrador de la propiedad argumentaron que no tenían ningún tipo de vínculo con Hotels.com. y que ellos no tenían ninguna reserva. Que para estas fechas el valor era otro y la cantidad mínima de noches eran 4. Cuando pude tener señal ya después de 7 horas de espera Hotels.com me respondió autorizando el reembolso para ubicarme como indemnización en otro hospedaje."

"The place had no documentation of my Expedia reservation and payment even Seeing my receipt. I wasted many hours trying to check in but they never let me"

The front desk attendant asked if I had been in contact with property manager and I told him that the number on file for the property manager was not a working number so there was no way for me to contact anyone.
