We were very disappointed when we arrived at the hotel, when we found out that what they advertised was not what we saw on their website. First and foremost, we were assigned a room to an adjacent building facing the window. What really did make us change our mind was the construction noise right beside the hotel.
Please note that our stay was meant to rest for a scheduled dental surgery. Even thought we conveyed our concerns to the front desk; they were not willing to accommodate us. In view of this fact, we were obligated to find alternative accommodations, of which we did.
It’s worth mentioning again, that the hotel was not willing to work with us. In conclusion, we lost the money we paid for the stay. Not a nice experience to say the least, of which I hope Hotels.com can do something about it.
