“Fantastic front desk staff. Exceptionally clean. No hassle anything. Patio is my favorite place with their delicious free in room coffee. You just can’t get all of this anywhere else for 3x the cost. Pool and spa were perfect temps. Service at the poolside tiki bar was outstanding. Found it a month ago. Back twice already. Whatever negative reviews you ve read, I assure you the issues have been resolved. Trust a frequent traveler. ”

“2nd stay (5 nights). Compared to 1st stay, when the hotel just opened, now it looks like Hyatt Place has: 1) staff shortage issues (especially in fitness center); and 2) facilities maintenance issues. Some paint peel offs, wear and tears in the room. A bit difficult to believe that the hotel opened or was renovated 3-4 years ago. Overall, front desk staff was friendly and was will to give help. Simple breakfast buffet was OK. ”
