“너무 깨끗하고 수영장도 멋있고 주변 환경도 좋았어요 다만 전자렌지가 없어서 아쉬웠어요 ”

“The Baymont Gatlinburg was an excellent hotel experience. The staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast was great. Trolly stops right outside the hotel which was great as it 9 degrees with 6 inches of snow. Only problem was a water main break down the Parkway which was completely out of their control. “Very nice place clean and enjoyable”

“This was the perfect location for a family when our goal was to go for skiing. It was a 5 minute drive which meant we could just drop and pickup the skiers. The two bedroom and two bath was huge and perfect for a family of 4. My favorite part was that it felt like staying at a home rental with the convenience of a hotel. A check in/check out desk, community room, large property with amenities. ”

“Alex at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal! The spa was unfortunately out of order for the evening but she offered some compensatory amenities and helped make the night a great one all the same.”

“we stayed her a few years ago and it seems like the property has gone downhill. Our AC/Heat unit didn't work in our room and one window was broken. We mentioned and they said they would fix but never did. ”
