From the front door it was a 100 meter walk to the middle of Gold Beach and a 1-2 km drive or hike up to the cliff top memorial over Arromanches. “주방 설비와 주방용품들이 잘 갖추어져 있어서, 원하는 요리를 잘 해서 가족들과 먹을 수 있었습니다. 특히 욕실과 화장실을 새로 리모델링 한 것 같았는데, 매우 깨끗하고 욕조가 넓어서 여행의 피곤함을 씻기에 좋았습니다. 다만, 쇼파와 침대, 식탁 등 가구들이 좀 낡았습니다. 그러나 사용하는 데 불편함은 없었고, 침구는 깨끗했습니다. 1층에 있는 실내 수영장과 자쿠지, 사우나는 아이들과 함께 오전이나 저녁 한때 이용하기에 딱 적절했습니다. 크기는 작지만 편안했습니다. 가운과 슬리퍼는 1층 카운터에서 무료로 빌려주어 편했습니다.”
