“Very good hotel, extremely spacious room with a large balcony. We loved our experience. Our flight arrived late in Krakow and all I had to do was send a message and the hotel staff left my key in a safe place for me to pick up. Very friendly staff and a fresh breakfast with a good range of options, not a huge breakfast but perfect for us. ”

“I loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality. Elizabeth is a lovely host and the Prosecco at breakfast on Saturday was a very nice touch! As was the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day. “Nice location and views 30 minutes walk from the Center. Bathroom door made by glass ( no privacy).. Wi-Fi wasn’t very good. Nice double bed but single duvets. Breakfast tasty and fresh with good selections. There is 2 saunas that need to book before use.. unfortunately we was not able to use the full facility as we made bookings no towels,, no staff who is look after need attention, infrasauna not working switch is broken,the ice bucket handle and refill system was not functioning.
