“Was super close to the Goodshed in which I had a conference at. Staff were super friendly and helpful on arrival. Unfortunately I did not realise the email indicated 2pm check in. I arrived at 1pm but the staff were very helpful and understanding. They checked me in and gave me my key cards and just explained my room wasn’t ready yet but any time after 2pm I could go to my room at any time.
