“My stay was great wished the weather was a bit warmer than 57 but we didn’t know as it was our first time and wished this was a non smoking resort. The view is absolutely stunning. The food was good the hotel staff and servers are so respectful. We waited even after checkout in the lobby to buy time for our evening flight. Thank you for a very nice stay and the warmth of the island. ”

“We knew exactly what we wanted for a vacation! We wanted a place that is pristine and tranquil by the sea. St. Regis totally enhanced our vacation because of their exceptional service, beautiful and spacious ambience, and unbeatable location of serenity and seclusion. “The suite could hardly have been more comfortable. Staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly, even offering us rides to nearby places, such as the grocery store. The balcony and view of the Sound were amazing. The property is situated directly next door to a ferry stop for Hamilton and even provided free ferry tickets. Only downside for me was the hotel is not close to restaurants or attractions. But between the ferry and taxis, it was not hard to get places.”

“Overally it was very nice hotel and restaurent for my business trip with reseanable price. Hotel staffs are very kind and ready to serve. Only one problem is service of maids. The checkout day, I left recharge cord and adapter in my room but could not find at all. It was surely taken by maid. Please reinforce education to maids not to steal customers' belonging.”

“Owner was absolutely wonderful. Checked us in right away even thought we were a bit early. It was pouring rain and he upgraded our room to try and make up for the poor weather--super thoughtful and kind. A few hundred meters from the hotel is a restaurant called Clarabells. It has wonderful pizza. Would stay here again and definitely recommend to others. ”

“Seven Arches is located in a quiet area in Central Bermuda. It's near a bus line. We found the buses were excellent and we had no trouble getting around. It's also located near Bermuda's main bike path. The place was clean and comfortable. Our room had a small kitchen with everything we needed for simple meals.
