“The room was not as we expected. You opened the door straight onto the double bed. There were just about enough room to walk round the bed. 2 kited steps up to the bathroom. No chairs in the bedroom as so small. No tea and coffee facilities in the room, you helped yourself from a cupboard in the reception area. The noise from the traffic was like being next to a motorway- even with the secondary glazing. We were booked for 3 nights - we stayed one and came home. On the plus side it was clean and...

“We booked two night- three days, but they didnt change new towel, fill water and clean garbage. Best thing which makes us so angry is that no answer from our ring, even never hang up the interphone. Clean and fresh but hard to connect staffs. Never to use next time. ”

“Lovely hotel and staff. I first stayed here 33 years ago and experienced wonderful service. It is equally as good now. On this visit I arrived very early but they had my room ready within an hour - thank you for accommodating me. Definitiely worth a visit.”
