We already booked the propery via expedia, but somehow when we want to checkin, its not as easy as the other place that we stayed in our whole trip.
The staff finding hard times to find our booking, and then it takes us a long time to finally get to our room, and then the day after that , when we want to get in our room, ANOTHER issues coming on.
We couldnt get inside our room with our card, and when we go to the lobby, they said the same issues with the system presist, and we need to wait AGAIN for the second time and they need want to charge us 145$ for our room, eventough we said that we already paid.
I insisted that I already paid the whole stay and tell the staff to call their manager for the SECOND time and I even give the receipt to them, but at the end I still have to charged 120$ on hold until now.
Beyond that issues, its all good. the room is very clean and tidy. Parking is super easy. But all of these good things means nothing if we have to wait a long time only for go inside our own room with everything that have been paid.
