I didn't like the fact that the front desk staff did not speak english and was very hard to communicate. When i asked about the complimentary breakfast, they could not understand and/or said it wasn't included. (if you go on expedia, it says it is included) (might have been, because there wasn't many people staying there and they didn't want to set up). I contacted Expedia to change my reservation before the date they said I could, the only thing i heard back was, that they couldn't connect with the resort. (so i paid for an extra day). I asked about changing rooms to a king bed, because my reservation said 2 doubles or a king, they said resort was full - not correct. we were stuck in the very back of resort. Pickleball courts were good. Little disappointed overall. I am not a picky person or expect 5 star service.
