グエル公園にすぐ行けるが、急勾配の坂の上にあるため、タクシーで行くことを強くお勧めします。また、チェックイン時間を事前に確認しておくことも。19:30に到着したけど、入り口の門がしまっていてヒヤッとした。電話番号に連絡したら20分後くらいに来てくれた。部屋は清潔で、ベッドもふかふか！バスルームはちょっと下水の匂いが気になった。

I’m extremely disappointed with Verdi 254. I booked a room here, but when I arrived, it was not as expected. I had no choice but to cancel after asking for a proper room with restroom as expected but they did not have one available. When I spoke with their customer service, they were kind and promised a full refund due to the situation. I was relieved, as I trusted their word and thought I could count on them. However, it’s been over two months, and I’m still waiting for the refund they promised. I’ve called and emailed multiple times, but each time, I’m met with vague responses or outright refusal to honor their initial commitment. To make matters worse, when I went through my bank for help, Verdi 254 even disputed the chargeback, despite their initial promise of a refund. It feels like they’re doing everything they can to avoid paying what they owe. I expected better service and accountability, especially from a hotel that seemed reputable. If you’re considering staying here, be wary of dishonesty and potential scams—they might not stand by their word in the end.

Check in time for this property is listed until 8pm. We arrived to a locked gate at 7pm and were only allowed on the property by a kind soul who had pity on us. There was also another guest waiting to check in once inside the property. She had also been waiting for 30 minutes prior to our arrival. Multiple attempts were made to contact the property manager without success. Thankfully the other guest was able to find a WhatsApp number for the business and contact them. We waited over two hours to check in. Had it not been for the kindness of strangers we would have been locked out on the street all night. Once checked in, we found there is only a community bathroom on each floor. This is not explained in the property details. The elevator is also in disrepair and you can only use the stairs. I would not recommend this place. We only saw once staff person during our entire stay.

A lovely place to stay in Barcelona! A little out of the way from downtown, but easy to get anywhere by metro (about 8 min walk to the metro). My room was clean and quiet, the breakfast was amazing (available all day!), and Thai was very friendly and helpful! I would love to stay here again!

Very cute and charming place. Bathroom and shower are outside of room, didn’t like that. The door was hard to close and lock each time. It was a double door that had a bolt to lock with key. You had to line up both doors to close. They had the nicest breakfast for a hostel and coffee. I loved it. Has hacienda vibe with title floors. This place is perfect but if you are cautious and traveling alone it might not be ideal due to bathrooms being out of room. The hostel does require key to get into campus and “lobby” area and room. I would stay here again. The staff were awesome and lovely and kind.

Gracias por una estancia muy agradable. Disfruté de la experiencia mucho. El bufé era excelente e igualmente el dormitorio. Yo me sentía muy tranquilo en su propiedad. La única sugerencia que os doy es que invirtáis en la conexión inalámbrica de internet. No me dejó conectarme a algunas reuniones virtuales debido a la señal. Pero, realmente gracias por todo. Regresaría a su propiedad si tuviera la oportunidad en el futuro.

Fantastic stay highly recommended!
We absolutely loved our stay here. Liliana the maid was super welcoming on arrival, who really made us feel at home from the get go. I do speak Spanish so was able to communicate well but she does have limited English. The breakfast every day was free and such a great spread of fruit, juices, cheese, muesli, biscuits, cakes, delicious coffee and OAT MILK which I was so happy about as it doesn’t often happen in places. It was great to sit and have breakfast on the terrace before we went out for the day. It’s really quiet, easy access, free water to fill bottles for the day and a fridge if you want to store food. Towels and shampoo/conditioner provided. Slight drawback is sharing a bathroom but this was only with 1 other room and it was always left really clean so we didn’t find it a problem. The house really is yours to roam around in. The location was really great for us as we walked down into Vila de Gracia every evening which takes 10 or 15 mins. The nearest metro is Lesseps which is about 5 mins walk and takes you to the airport via a few metro changes. The other metro is Joanic which takes you to the beach. It’s also right near Park Guell if that interests you. Overall would highly recommend!

I was given a room that did not have a shower/bathroom inside the room. Had to share a bathroom with those staying in adjoining rooms. This was not advertised and very misleading.
