I’m extremely disappointed with Verdi 254. I booked a room here, but when I arrived, it was not as expected. I had no choice but to cancel after asking for a proper room with restroom as expected but they did not have one available. When I spoke with their customer service, they were kind and promised a full refund due to the situation. I was relieved, as I trusted their word and thought I could count on them.
However, it’s been over two months, and I’m still waiting for the refund they promised. I’ve called and emailed multiple times, but each time, I’m met with vague responses or outright refusal to honor their initial commitment. To make matters worse, when I went through my bank for help, Verdi 254 even disputed the chargeback, despite their initial promise of a refund. It feels like they’re doing everything they can to avoid paying what they owe.
I expected better service and accountability, especially from a hotel that seemed reputable. If you’re considering staying here, be wary of dishonesty and potential scams—they might not stand by their word in the end.
