From the outside and area, we were a bit turned off. HOWEVER, once you enter the gates of the property- it’s beautiful and the rooms are GREAT. The area ended up being great and close to many places to eat and access to the lagoon. Would stay again.

New construction hotel so it feels modern and clean. AC unit in room is so nice to escape from the tropical heat of the day. Pool is refreshing, though on the smaller side. Great location to walk to various places throughout Bacalar. Highly recommended to rent a bike to get around much faster.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. However the property was not clean- we couldn’t use the pool. Our second room wasn’t stocked with drinks- we had to ask for blankets as the beds only had a very thin silk linen.

We stayed one night and it served its purpose. The room was clean. The beds are firm and there isn’t much of a blanket; it’s just a light duvet. However, because the area is usually very warm, it was really all you needed. It also has a/c to help regulate the room temperature. The front desk was quite informative and accommodating.

El hotel siempre esta impecable. Daniel y todo el staff son siempre muy amables y te ayudan en todo. Por mucho el mejor hotel costo beneficio. La zona no es las mejor, estéticamente hablando, pero definitivamente la mas céntrica, todo te queda cerca. Lastima que no tenia mas noches disponibles si no me hubiera quedado mas tiempo.

La propiedas es relativamente nueva, limpia y espaciosa. El personal es amable e intenta ser resolutivo. La primer noche tuve inconvenientes con la regadera que no tenía casi agua caliente, la poca que había era sin presión. Apenas al día siguiente a la tarde me cambiaron de habitación con otra regadera, sí funciona pero dura poco tiempo. Muy lindo y bien ubicado, pero es muy incómodo que el agua caliente dure tan poco.

Reservamos 3 habitaciones en agosto por 3 noches y en general todo muy bien en este hotel boutique, las habitaciones son enormes y comodas, la atencion del personal fue correcta. Lamentablemente el WiFi no funciona bien y el agua de los baños huele mal. Precio / Calidad muy bien
