“Excellent front desk staff”

“It was a very nice stay but a long wait at the restaurant due to inexperienced staff (very nice and polite though!). The room was lovely and spacious and very comfortable bed but our room was extremely cold and the temperature control didn’t work. Could only be fixed through a manual machine. Nice spa, could be more chairs though. Wellness staff lovely and wonderful hot stone massage treatment. All in all a nice stay!”

“Stayed only 1 night in this hotel. Did not take advantage of any of the spa services or the pool. The room was large and comfortable and the balcony was also lovely. The location is away from the city itself, but the hotel's setting is quite nice, along the river, with a fun arcade and mini-mall area in the plaza in front of it. The prices in the restaurant were very good and the quality of the food, both dinner service and breakfast buffet, was quite high. Would enjoy staying here again. ”

“Pluses: the very center, nice avenue next with dancing fountains probably some 100 meters to walk, beautiful church infront, nice loby and restaurant surrounding. Building is probably from soviet era, but inside the room very clean. Minuses: not very friendly receptionist. We were told we must be present at the breakfast room from 8am to 9am (and explained it was because of covid reason to have less clients at the same time because later hours were booked).
