The reception staff was unhelpful and borderline rude , the woman on the reception appeared to be serving meals , drinks and attending customers , however no service awareness at all . We arrived at 14.30 and needed to get changed for a wedding , however no facility for this was offered . This hotel is the only in the town so no competition at all , which might be the reason why this hotel is still trading , they need to retrain front of house staff, how to meet and greet customers , as well as sorting out their staffing issues .
