I regret to inform you that our stay at Ridges Armidale from December 23 to 28, 2023, fell short of our expectations, particularly in terms of housekeeping and service provision.
While the first day was satisfactory in terms of cleanliness, subsequent days witnessed a lack of home services, including the failure to provide essential items such as toilet paper and tissues. On the night of the 27th, we had to make a special request for these basic amenities and towels.
Moreover, we were informed during key collection that there would be no home services on the 25th and 26th, with a promise of a $10 refund per person per day. Unfortunately, this refund has not been processed to date.
Although our accommodation included breakfast, we experienced challenges with the provided items, with certain items being consistently empty. Despite reporting this to the attendants, refills were delayed, affecting the overall service efficiency.
Considering the reputed status of Ridges Armidale, our five-night stay did not align with the anticipated level of service, leaving us disappointed with the overall experience. We hope for appropriate measures to be taken to rectify these shortcomings and to improve the service standards for future guests.
