“Absolutely not what we expected! It is as a cheap quick last minute and I would return over and over! It was wonderful! Clean and friendly I did see reviews saying home from home and they were correct. The views are out of this world. Athena the manager makes your stay that extra special. Go on bbq night u won’t regret it! ”

“Perfekte Lage, Strandnähe, Stadtnähe, Busverbindung in der Nähe, Supermarkt direkt nebenan, täglichen Room-Service mit allem was man sich wünschen kann, sogar die Teller werden täglich abgewaschen, auf Sonderwünsche wird eingegangen, sehr sehr freundlich, empfielt wirklich gute Ausflüge, Restaurants und Sachen anstatt Touristenfallen anzudrehen dafür nochmal ein Riesen Dankeschön!! In dieser Unterkunft lässt wirklich nichts zu wünschen übrig, gerne wieder <33”

“Amalia & Yannis are wonderful hosts. The villa is beautiful, well thought out and absolutely everything you need is there. When we did need help like a taxi or advice on where to seek a Dr, they were super speedy and helpful with their response. The villa is a 5min walk into the centre of the small town and a 5-10min walk to the beach or a 10min taxi ride to Zakynthos town. We hope to be back soon!”

“Merveilleux séjour d’une semaine en famille dans cette villa exclusive ( seulement 3 propriétés sur le site). Confort, luxe, petit déjeuner inclus et nombreux conseils utiles de Vicky pour rendre notre semaine inoubliable. Communication rapide et efficace avec l’hôtesse très serviable. Propriété neuve, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, climatisation, tv, ménage quotidien, spa sur place, piscine infinie avec vue mer ! N’hésitez plus… voiture essentielle cependant. ”

“All in all an amazing chilled out stay. Due to coming in October it was quiet which was lovely as had a great choice of all the sun beds. Olga and Leo who ran the pool bar were so hard working and nothing was too much trouble. Walking distance to the beach and all bars. Needless to say Will definitely return. ”

“Thanks excellent bed, very quiet. Shower poor , support rail off the wall ,no shower curtain. ”

“This property is falsely advertised. It is above a pub opposite a fairground. Both played loud music until 3am. We moved to a new hotel after two nights it was so bad. I would not recommend staying here if you want to sleep!”

“It was great to stay. Owner he was kind and friendly. Location is easy to access to beach and main road where you can find nice restaurants and shops. I would like to recommend :) one thing, there was stain on blanket and they changed new one so I took one point out.”

“Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Apartments sind sehr zentral gelegen. Wir haben die Möglichkeit genutzt um verschiedenste Restaurants und Bars auszuprobieren und auch den schnellen Weg zum Strand genossen. Fragen wurden uns jederzeit über WhatsApp beantworte. Wir würden wieder kommen :) ”

“Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss. We will definitely stay here again.”
