"The grounds, the staff, and the ambiance of this hotel is very pleasing, especially considering it is only three stars. The restaurant was open late and I was able to eat when I arrived late, and very good food was served there. The pool area seemed both private and fun looking, and it included a slide into the water which is sure to please the kids. The rooms themselves, however, were a bit of letdown. The mattresses were low and uncomfortable, there was no desk, and only one free...

"Very nice and charming hotel. The staff was fantastic. We had a chance to meet one of the owners and was so nice to understand his vision for this little hotel , it made our staying even better. "Area around is very nice, a small shopping mall is like 200 meters from property. The room sounds a old place need some reno and there were several bugs in there.We had to change the hotel in the same area and the same owner but a more clean room."

"Restaurante deixou a desejar , apresentação dos alimentos , comida repetida e fria , foi vendido pacote para dia dos namorados e jantar foi péssimo , era bandejão com pizza horrível carne fria, um caldo super engordurado prometeram passeios de balsa estava quebrada , canoagem não rolou , tudo muito fraco hotel precisa de manutenção nos equipamentos aquáticos tudo muito sucateado "

"O Hotel tem serviços de qualidade, instalações muito bem conservadas, de extremo bom gosto. O atendimento é excepcional, assim como as refeições (apresentação e qualidade dignas de um excepcional chef de cozinha). Os inconvenientes são ter que ir de carro para as piscinas e demais lugares de interesse (vc anda vários quilômetros de carro dentro do condomínio), e a piscina não ser aquecida (alegam ser climatizada, mas ainda é gelada). Esse hotel merecia uma linda piscina perto dos quartos."
