“I enjoyed my first visit to Stonewall Resort. It’s less than two hours from home so it made for a nice getaway. The grounds - the lake, trees, golf course - are beautiful and peaceful. There were groups meeting there, a wedding and families with small children vacationing but it did not feel crowded or loud. The guest rooms could be modernized a bit but they are comfortable. “We stay here all the time to go to Stonewall Lake. We love the free breakfast. It is delicious and has so many options. The property is very clean and the rooms are spacious. “Friendly and helpful, easy to find, and just an all around nice place to stay. Room was larger than some higher-star hotels offer, everything was clean and in good condition, and even though the place is on a main street through town it was incredibly quiet. Will definitely book here again when we visit.”
