“Great service, beautiful and vlean”

“The property was fine but I was forced to make two separate reservations when I needed to add a night. This created problems like our key not working for the second night. Then there was no one at the desk to help us with this so we had to go in search of help. Not t sure why we just couldn’t add a night. The hotel said had to go through Expedia and they said had to have two separate resets. Awkward!”

“Spent a quiet Sunday and Monday night in Washburn for an ice cave tour.”

“Nice, clean hotel. Loved the pool area. Pool, hot tub and sauna. Even pool table. Nice simple but tasty breakfast items. Great price and value for money. ”

“Staff great!! Very helpful. I needed late checkout and they accommodated. Room comfortable. Only complaint is our room next to front door. There was a loud car outside our window when we checked in with people sitting in it smoking. Along with the noise of the vehicle the gas fumes pouring in our vent. I allowed the car approximately 30 minutes before I complained to staff. They immediately responded and issue resolved. Again the staff is great!”
