The room Needs coat hangers and some draws for clothes as we had to live out of our bags. Up date the blinds, apart from this we would stay again. Breakfast room was great as well, just get cups that fit in the coffee machine. The staff assisted us straight away when asked. All done through WhatsApp. WiFi was brilliant”

“The room was very small with a half window and half curtain covering a wall. The bath did not have conditioner and bath soap not refilled. Toilet did not flush properly. The bed was double bed, not queen. Breakfast was OK and the staff was helpful. One receptionist was very nice. Location not good, too far away from the Centre and not much at all around the hotel.”

“Only stayed one night so didn’t use all the spa facilities which looked nice. Our room was a very long walk from the reception, this was difficult to manage with my son who is autistic and has disabilities. If I stayed again I would specify that we needed to be nearer reception. Room was ok, but small fridge in room was very noisy and had to turn it off (it was unplugged when we entered room) and the air con unit in the corner of room also made a lot of noise as the evening went on and my son...

“Lovely property, comfortable stay. Off road parking is easily accessible. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Situated in the centre of Woodhall Spa, close to shops, pub, woods for a nice walk. We will definitely be back”

“Stayed here for 1 night in a triple room. Even though the room is ready for a bit of a refresh it was very clean and very comfortable. The hotel has nice areas for for a drink or something to eat or just to relax. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The breakfast was amazing.”
