“First of all when we got there they said they did not have a room ready for us and it was past 3h ... second I had booked a room with a king bed and I got a room with two doubles how come did I bot get the room I had pre-booked a week before. Lastly we got woken up to a alarm going on in the next room over at the wonderful hour of 5 am and no one was shutting it ... so after hearing it for one hour , I had to call the front desk to get them to have someone turn it off . But the fist thing...
