“Pictures included a continental breakfast which was not available. Coffee only served. Pool and hot tub out of order with 100 degree temperatures. Very low quality, uncomfortable beds in room. No accommodations for infants. ”

“Our room was on the second floor. My husband is disabled. Came to find out the owner had not maintained the elevator for 4 years because he’s too cheap to apply for inspection it has to be fixed.
