“We travelled throughout Italy, and stayed at multiple places. La Barbera was by far the best place we have stayed and personally the best place I had ever stayed. First off, the staff was attentive and were willing to do anything to help you with whatever you needed. Whether is was information, transportation, recommendations, they were helpful. The breakfast in the morning with a beautiful view daily was amazing. The rooms are beautiful, top-notch cleanliness, and a beautiful outside...

“Dette boutiquehotellet er hva jeg ser for meg når jeg tenker "quiet luxury". det er stilig, crisp, rent, med tanke for detaljer (som at det er steamer og lys i garderobeskapet, og at kjøleskuffen er fylt med vann på egne flasker med hotellogoen). Interiøret er moderne, men med håndplukkede antikke detaljer! Hadde hjørnerom med utsikt RETT på katedralen og utsikt mot havet. Kunne tilbragt hele oppholdet i Amalfi på hotellet, og stortrivdes med det! Rosallina er hjertet i hotellet som ordner...

“We had a fantastic stay with Ida and Pietro! They go out of their way to make you feel at home. When it was suddenly hailing at the end of March and we didn’t dare to take our car to a restaurant we had a reservation for, they immediately offered to drive us there and back, together with two other guests. We had a great time! The room was really nice and we enjoyed the nice view from our balcony. Parking is easy, even with a larger car. Breakfast was the best we had during our whole Italy trip....

“Prime location in Positano, away from the crowds but close to the grocery store and two cute restaurants. Super close to the bus stop if you want to travel to Amalfi or Sorrento. To get to the Positano beach you need to walk down about half a mile. Note you need to take a lot of stairs!!”
