This hotel is right next to Munich Central Station, and it is very convenient to use public transportation. The location is really good for moving anywhere in Munich. The facilities are great, clean. The breakfast was really great, too. Especially, you can get pancakes on request, and it was really delicious. However, if you go at a busy time, employees may be slow to respond. there are so many places to shop nearby.
The hotel wrongly charged the minibar fee, but the response was good as well, responding to the request for double-check immediately and canceling it. (But it would have been better not to charge incorrectly.)

"Nice place to sleepover. Clean, easy to find, large parking lot with charging option, and Lidl charger next building. The big negative is the communication with the host. I haven't gotten any messages through hotels.com and the phone customer service doesn't work in the evening. This is very strange. ..."
