Had trouble turning the shower on & the handle came right off! The TV was horrible, nothing in the room matches (rug, comforters, walls), there was food in our garbage when we got there .. all fixable things that would make it more pleasant if addressed ”

“We felt as if we were in Downton Abby. The guest rooms were ALL beautiful. The sitting room and library had nice cosy fire places with soft relaxing music in the background.
