“My guest and I were extremely impressed upon arrival. We were greeted by Kyriakos, who has a very pleasant and helpful demeanour. We truly loved our room ‘Helen’. It has an amazing view of the ‘portara’ from our balcony. Breakfast was great with the residence offering to bring it to our rooms. Maria ( I believe that was her name ) was also exceptional with her customer service. Overall experience was great and the hot tub was a nice extra to have in our suite. “Most amazing stay in our entire greece tour. Situated in the more peaceful area of Santorini (Imerovigli) we felt there’s more privacy compared to other areas and properties. Bringing your luggage up the steps might be a bit of challenge but the bell boy will take care of it for you if you inform them. We hope to be back again. ”
