"Everything was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. The only thing is they don't have a belhop service or luggage carts to help you carry your luggages to your rooms. We had to bring five luggages up to our rooms ourselves. Their beds were a little too firm. I'm a side sleeper and it gave me a bit of discomfort when I've been sleeping on one side for a while."

"Great location in the center. Our room overlooked a palace and we could walk to many tourist sites as well as two metro stations. Two issues - safe not functioning and room temperature too high(centrally controlled). The front staff arranged for the safe to be fixed the next day, turned off the heat in our room and gave us a fan which helped with sleeping though it took several days to cool the room down. In all it was a good stay and the staff was helpful."
