“Great situation for the shops just a 5/10 minute walk away. Parking at the hotel is good. “Alison and Hugh are superb hosts and went out of their way to make us feel át home'in their beautiful house in Lossiemouth. Further, they were both so helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed Hugh's cooking! We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The house itself is ideally located only 2 minutes to nearby restaurants, coffee and the idyllic beach. “Spent two nights during our tour of the Highlands. Hotel was conveniently located to visit Cawdor & Blair castles, Culloden and Loch Ness. The hotel is easy to find, plenty of parking and walkable to several restaurants. The room was comfortable, clean and had all the required amenities. Cooked to order breakfast was amazing and the owners were super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.”

“Negatives: There was an overwhelming damp/off smell when we first entered the apartment which I later discovered came from the vacuum cleaner when I used it. The bathroom light and hot water tap didn't work and the duvet for the sofa bed had a yellow stain on it. The "free kids club" is a run down cabin in which you pay £1 per game of pool (don't expect chalk). There are no plug sockets beside the bedroom mirror/dressing table. The bar area was always empty. Positives: The area is fantastic....
