“The property is uniquely beautiful with pool and sea to swim in, thermal pools, a spa and tennis court as well as cocktail area, restaurant and lunch restaurant. Very relaxing . Excellent staff. Some walking up and down stairs required but a golf cart is available for part of it. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“The hotel was in a beautiful location, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and the pools really lovely (could do with being a bit warmer though). The hotel is however badly let down by having too many guests, terrible lighting in the communal areas where evening entertainment takes place (please dim the lights!!). “Beautiful-like a dream! ”

“It's all super inclusive Which is Great but the lack of variation and flavour is something you get with a 3star place. Just found it lacking in the food and drink area's even the a la carte restaurants didn't offer much of a change. The Italian was good but again lacking in flavour. Preferred club was great last year but this time round it's nit worth the extra and the only thing it offers is a less noisy place to eat. ”

As we paid full price, we should have received the same service as any other guest throughout the year. This is not the Ikos we have experienced in the past.
