I was welcomed to the hotel by a very friendly concierge who offered to take my bag from the taxi and helped to translate between myself and the driver, before introducing me to the reception staff whom were equally as friendly. The room itself was exceptionally nice, very spacious and clean with a lovely patio/ balcony, and a large desk for working from. The location of the room however, was less than ideal. "Close to Sabiha hotel"

"There was only ever about 4-5 people staying, the hotel staff were either pretending not to speak English, or they couldn't. We had to bring a friend who spoke Turkish with us to get help. The food was old/stale. We were so uncomfortable there that we had to leave early, and they refused to change our reservation even though Expedia approved it. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel."

"Otel ve termal harika. Ancak otelden çıkacağımız sabah termale girmek istediğimizde bone olmadan giremeyeceğimizi tanesi 150 tl olan boneleri alıp o şekilde girebileceğimizi söylediler. bu otele 3. Gidişimiz ve kimse bize daha önce Bone takmamızın zorunlu olduğunu söylemedi. Bu oteli tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum, daha önceden söylenseydi bonemi alıp girerdim ama normalde olmayan bir kuralı sırf bone satmak için zorunlu hale getirmeleri çok can sıkıcı bir hareketti.
