“Beautiful property. Staff could not have been or lovely. Great restaurant and bar. It was a short van ride to a small beach club. Area is quiet, but there was dancing at some dinners. There’s an on site spa. My partner and I loved this place!”

“Amazing hotel, fabulous friendly and attentive staff, brilliant amenities. Can’t fault it. ”

“Das Hotel ist super neu. Die Anlage und die Atmosphäre ist mega schön. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Es wurde nach jedem Verlassen der Räumlichkeit geputzt und aufgeräumt. Die Handtücher immer gewechselt. Das private Pool wurde jeden Tag gesäubert und nach dem pH-Wert geschaut. Der Service war top. Nach einem kleinen Unfall wurde uns direkt geholfen und nochmal später extra nachgefragt, ob es uns gut geht ob alles geklappt hat. Mike und Sara in der Rezeption waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit....

“A beautiful property with great staff! I felt immediately welcomed! Everything was clean and if we had an issues they were solved immediately. I loved everything. I would like some more late night food options other than room service maybe having one of the restaurants open later. ”

“La vue est à couper le souffle, la piscine, les chaises hyper confos autour de celle-ci. Le buffet du déjeuner wow!! Le service 5 étoiles. La seule chose de négatif c'est la grandeur de la chambre et surtout de la salle de bain. Nous ne pouvions être deux dans la salle de bain et la douche inonde partout. La porte de la salle de bain qui nous ferme dessus( porte de bar) pour un 5 étoiles cette aspect là un peu désagréable. ”

Unser Zimmer (bungalow sea view, upper floor) war im hinteren Hotelbereich und hatte einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Bucht von Elounda. Das große Zimmer war angenehm ausgestattet und hatte bequeme Betten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Da das Hotel am Hang liegt, muss man bis zum Meer ein paar Treppen und Steigungen überwinden, das haben wir allerdings...

“Wahnsinnig tolles Hotel! Schöne Lage, genügend Liegen, schöner kleiner privater Sandstrand. ABER.. Leider wurden wir, sowie alle anderen Gäste, nicht vorgängig informiert, dass eine Auto-Rally mit zahlreichen protzigen/lärmigen Autos ebenfalls für mehrere Nächte im Hotel absteigen werden. Stattdessen wurden 2/3 der Hotelparkplätze bereits am Vorabend abgesperrt und die Gäste, welche schon seit Tagen im Hotel waren, durften auf einem Schottersteinplatz weiter unten parkieren. Eine Vorinformation...

“Having just spent a week with my daughter at this amazing hotel, we cannot praise it enough. Everything was perfect. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a room upgrade, and the rest of the stay followed suit. Couldn’t fault the facilities and everything was immaculately clean. Really well located in Crete and great front of house staff that were happy to help and provide suggestions. A week of luxury and couldn’t recommend enough! Hoping to return again some day - thank you! ”

“Loved my bungalow on the sea with private pool. The large hotel swimming pool was also very beautiful. Easy access to the sea via sturdy ladders. Charming secluded nooks with lounge chairs and tables at different levels. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Water shuttle to multiple restaurants on the property. Enjoyed the delicious sushi and more at the exceptional seafront Sumosan Japanese restaurant, where glass floor panels offered a look into the fish and sea below us. Lovely landscaping. Attentive...
