"Resort is very nice with a great location and the center pool is a highlight. Service, while very friendly is very slow. We had to wait 45mins past check-in time to get into our room (3pm check-in) and there were multiple instances where we would be waiting for a bartender or waiter to attend to us. We were on island time, not rushing, but there was an instance where I was the only person at the bar and the bartender let me wait 20 mins so he could finish a conversation with a colleague. ...

"Un très bel établissement que je n’hésiterais pas à recommander pour quelques nuitées au Diamant. Nous avons plutôt déçus du restaurant - buffet petit-déjeuner aux choix très limités et repas du soir assez fade – mais autrement, la chambre était moderne et bien aménagée et l’emplacement exceptionnel. À souligner aussi : le service attentif et toujours souriant à la réception."

"This was a very beautiful property, felt very authentic and well kept. The front desk lady (Kincy) was spectacular, she was very helpful and very kind. She went above and beyond to satisfy the customers with a very welcoming attitude. The cleaning ladies and waiters were also very nice and professional but warm. I would definitely recommend this establishment. The location is a bit remote but with a car nothing is really far. It is nice and quiet! "
