“Room was comfortable, hotel had a lot of amenities such as the BBQ grills outside, a fire pit, outdoor tv, workout room, plus the pool and hot tub. The continental breakfast had a lot of variety of foods to choose from. Looking forward to coming back and staying in the renovated rooms.”

“Some issues with late arrival and room number and key number not matching and poor initial follow-up. Staff did provide follow-up to compensate for situation. Breakfast was good but standard rooms and beds are small. ”

“The Florida house Inn is very charming house. The location is great, right in the center of the town. It’s about 5 minutes drive to the beach. The front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful. Our room got upgraded to a much bigger room once there were available room. Thank you Julie ”

They helped with restaurant suggestions as well as places to visit. Bicycles were provided for free and made for a great way to get around and see Fernandina. The happy hour made for a nice way to meet other guests. I absolutely would recommend The Addison as a great place to stay on Amelia Island. Absolutely worth it!”
