“One of our favourite places to stay. We travel a fair bit due to work, LH is always top notch. A really nice and more luxurious alternative to the Premier Inns.”

“Ideal hotel if you’re visiting Swansea Arena. Was only just over a fiver for an uber/taxi. Really friendly staff and a lovely bar and lounge area. The road side of the hotel is quite noisy, although didn’t worry us as we normally sleep with a fan on at night, so the noise wasn’t a trouble. The only real issue was the thickness of the mattress. Beds only have a thin mattress and a topper, which for us wasn’t very comfortable. We also found the pillows were super soft and weren’t very supportive ,...

“The outside of the hotel looked a bit unpleasant but inside it looked beautiful but if you looked in the rooms there were stains on the bed frames, curtains and the water pressure was awful”

Our room was excellent, extremely warm and comfy, and with amazing views. Aa very easy walk into town for mooching round the shops and pubs etc, plus of course the castle ruins.
