“Staff tried hard to keep everyone happy. Front desk employees are very helpful and friendly. Pick up and ride back to the fast ferry is very helpful. I did not like the daily 2 plastic water bottles in the room. Should offer a water container for guests to refill their own water bottles to save on trash. My room had no window, felt claustrophobic.”
