“The only thing nice about this place was the courtesy of the staff and the amazing view. Had room where caulk was put over mold and had cracked walls. AC didn’t work and asked twice to fix. Raccoons took housing above our room so they moved us to another room that had no hot water. You only get two towels in your room and mini bar is 2 waters and 1 beer. “Existe una desconexión entre el Hotel y el Restaurante -Bar que son alquilados . No es consecuente el servicios y se nota como huésped las dos calidades de servicio . Deja en mal al hotel . Los desayunos aburren , siempre lo mismo durante una semana . No hay una sola cosa que hacer en el hotel más que dormir y ver la vista que es bella . “Great resort for families. Beach was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. Pool was perfect for my kids, with three different shallow areas where they could play. The resort yacht tour was amazing and easily a highlight of the stay. We did the morning snorkel to Honeymoon Beach and it felt like a private tour. Easily accessible to see wildlife in nearby places. ”

“Great location on Potrero Beach. 7 mins from Flamingo Beach and 40 mins from Tamarindo Beach. About 60 mins from Liberia Airport depending on traffic. Great free breakfast. Nice clean rooms and great friendly staff. ”

“Breakfast was good but inconsistent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great. Note that there is no elevator, so luggage must be carried upstairs. Air conditioning was a welcomed bonus.”
