The staff are friendly and fluent in multiple languages. Compared to the nearby Four Points Hotel, this place has many more advantages."

"The hotel staff was friendly, the hotel was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. My only issue was I thought the breakfast when I booked the hotel, but you had to pay for it, so I ended up getting breakfast at a convenience store nearby, since it was a lot cheaper. Otherwise, it was a great stay"

"This property can’t be beat for the price point. The staff at the front were super helpful with a variety of questions we directed at them. They allowed us to leave our luggage in the lobby when we first arrived as we got there before check in time. The bidet in the bathroom was really nice, but they also discourage flushing toilet paper down the commode so that was a minor inconvenience. Location was great and walkable to restaurants, subway, bus stops, cafes, etc. Close enough to be about...

"A pleasant stay overall. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. The room is clean enough for my standard. Walkable distance to Gangnam station area. It’s easy to get to everywhere from here and a lot of restaurants and cafes around which operates until the late hours."
