“When I arrived there was no-one at the desk but I pressed the bell then had to telephone and a very harrased looking guy came and dealt with me. He took my money and two receptionists arrived and another a girl with my change. The receptionist was very pleasant but I had to say 'I do not have a key yet' as the guy did not give me one. ”

“For a quick stop off on your way somewhere it’s absolutely fine. Probably not going to stay there for a week to visit all the attractions at Cobham Services any time soon though ”

“My satnav didn't recognise the postcode on the location's website and I must have spent 15-20 minutes driving round the local area before I found the hotel. Apparently a lot of satnavs don't know the location and it's better instead to use the postcode from the garage next door. Arrival therefore could have been a bit less flustered. Once there, impressed with the facilities, the room, the pool/sauna and the breakfast.”

“The hotel looks great, well maintained and impressive once inside. Our room had a small balcony with a view of the lake and was a well appointed with a large double bed. The breakfast included a hot buffet English style along with a selection of cereals and juices. ”

“Lovely hotel and would stay again. Areas are a little dated and with simple, cheap changes like new shower mats in the bath would make the rooms so much better (these look mouldy underneath)”

“Very quiet location. Breakfast ok but basic. Nice room overlooking gardens with balcony.”

“This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it never disappoints. I attended an event this time and everything was perfect. From the atmosphere to the food all amazing. Staff were lovely, shout out the Rebekah who organised the event, she was amazing. The hotel room is spacious and has everything you need. The bed is so comfortable and makes it hard to leave. Will definitely stay again. ”
