"I accidentally booked the wrong date and although it was nonrefundable, I was hoping they'd at least give me credit. But they referred me to Expedia since I booked through them. They said they couldn't do anything about it. When we arrived the toilet wouldn't flush so we had to fix it then later my room key didn't work so I had to go back down to the lobby to get it fixed. I needed to make a balloon arch and they allowed me to use the lobby to do so. It was very clean and a big hotel. I would go...
