“The price and the location was good, a few minutes walk from the bus station. The room was spacious. But the problem was that right out of my window was the small but main street where people were hanging around even after midnight. The window of the room did not do much to prevent the noise. Also early in the morning there was another big noise from street cleaning (i guess). It was fine with me since I had to get up early in any case.”

“Terrific location close to Duomo and Piazza del Campo. Room was comfortable and had a beautiful balcony. Owners were very friendly. Price was extremely reasonable”

“Very detailed checkin instructions over email. On day of arrival, the hotel also left a letter at the front door as how to get access into the hotel. They also provide a free map with highlighted routes from hotel to the main square in Siena via walking (about 15 minutes). Highly recommended for family stay in Siena.”

“We only spent one night here, but wished we could have stayed longer. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. They suggested a restaurant for dinner and kindly made the reservation. It was one of the best dinners of our lives! The grounds are lovely. ”

“It was old, but we had trouble getting in, no elevator ( which we knew), the room was unbelievably small, the beds were broken down (deflated), from people sitting on the sides. I had to use a blanket rolled up to support my back enough to sleep. Shower didn’t work—sprayed all over, etc.”
