“It is very well situated, very clean. You just need to know that the hotel is at the top floor and that you need to climb around 100 stairs. So travel light. Other than that, very good property and very nice staff.”

“The price and the location was good, a few minutes walk from the bus station. The room was spacious. But the problem was that right out of my window was the small but main street where people were hanging around even after midnight. The window of the room did not do much to prevent the noise. Also early in the morning there was another big noise from street cleaning (i guess). It was fine with me since I had to get up early in any case.”

“Very detailed checkin instructions over email. On day of arrival, the hotel also left a letter at the front door as how to get access into the hotel. They also provide a free map with highlighted routes from hotel to the main square in Siena via walking (about 15 minutes). Highly recommended for family stay in Siena.”

“Great property in the middle of Siena. Room was beautiful, great shower, comfortable bed and we were on the top floor so a beautiful view. Great staff, Sara and Adele were very welcoming and super helpful. No elevators and a steep stairwell (fine for us but just be prepared to climb stairs). Would definitely stay again. ”
