“ We have stayed at the Carlisle Inn at Sugarcreek several times, and have always had a wonderful experience. The front desk is so welcoming, and every staff member you meet is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are always spotless! The Inn has beautiful and comfortable Amish made beds. Complimentary cookies, popcorn, coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available in the dining area every evening, and each morning you are treated to a breakfast buffet....

“Room was clean but needs some updates - definitely the TV. Breakfast was to be expected- nothing fancy. Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained but on colder days the pool room could be kept warmer. Only other “recommendation” would be vending machines that can take debit/credit cards. I know I don’t carry much cash and it’s so convenient to just tap your card at the vending machine. Obviously not a necessity but would be a nice upgrade. Stayed 4 nights and it was enjoyable ”
