“This is a downtown hotel, but only 2 blocks from the ocean and 1 block from the main street of San Pedro. We were the first guests to stay in very nicely renovated 4th floor suite. Super clean, great AC and new fridge. Front desk does not match quality of rooms. Wonderful--that helped with low price. Would gladly stay again.”

They(staff) intentionally said that the water went bad, but I learned from a staff member after complaining about not being able to flush the toilet 🚽 or take a shower 🚿 that they purposely turn the water off every night.
